Subscription Cancellation Policy

These policies apply to all products and services provided by Akari no Koubou.

Word Capsule is a subscription-based digital product billed on a recurring basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account.
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation must be completed before the next renewal date.

Once a subscription is canceled, no further charges will be made.
Previously delivered digital content will remain accessible, but no new content will be provided after cancellation.

Due to the digital nature of the subscription, refunds are not available for charges that have already been processed.
